Just a normal Monday morning
roll then assembly then writing then maths NEK MINIT… ew that dried
squid was gross Mr Logan!!!! I thought it was some asian cheese! On Monday we
had a food tasting experience trying different asian foods such as: wasabi peas,
Vietnamese dried bananas and sesame peanut candy yum! Before we ate them Mr
Logan told us that the foods were going from not so nice to nice and I thought
at least the gross foods get over and done with first.
Oh my god that does not smell good! Maybe I could get away
with not eating that anchovie. They smell like dads socks when he’s been to the
gym in the summer! Next up was dried squid, this time I ate it and I was
blindfolded .Eeeeeeeeeeeeeww yyuck! I put the whole thing in my mouth all at
once! So it wasn’t asian cheese afterall!
After that memories of my 10th birthday party
w-a-s-a-b-i p-e-a-s. Wasabi peas.yes they were hot. First I refused to eat it
then I gave in and ate it. My mouth felt like it was on fire like the stove
when mums cooking is burnt. Hopefully this next food is not gross because I am
blindfolded. My body feels like the rena snapped in half waiting for my next
food. I’m about to nibble it should I eat it or should I not, to eat or not to
eat, that is the question. Ahh relief that was tasty that musleibarish sesame
peanut candy with its nutty sweet flavour. I’d say that the nice food has only just started. I wasn’t
blindfolded and Mr Logan said the Vietnamese dried banana looked like what dogs
do in the backyard. And I totally agreed! The flavour was banana exept slightly
more concentrated.
Final blindfold test for me, sweet rice crackers. Thicker
than normal and crunchy as usual.they were okay but didn’t rock my boat. Final
one of all, lychee jelly. Looked lik lemonade in a pottle and tasted citrusy
and felt wobly in my mouth. I liked it and would have another one but a, there
were none left and b, mr logan
wouldn’t have let us
Amazingly yummy, alright and absoluteley positively terrible
foods I ate on Monday. Why mr Logan
why why why is it sooo gross. I will never understand asian foods!
